drawing is the name of the game for any artist – realistic drawings, quick sketches or just documentation of any idea – there’s always a pen nearby.

i use black ink for my drawings, mainly microliner and brushpen, which i can color with watercolor afterwards. black and white images can also easil be transofrmed into other media like drypoint or woodcut.

beside sketching cartoon characters i do a lot of scribble sketches with various forms, lines and symbols and try to let intuition take over the process of creating composition.
